- Can I make a purchase using a check or money order?
Simply shop and checkout normally. When you get to payment options, choose "Check Or
Money Order". Then send your payment in U.S. Dollars drawn on a U.S. Bank,
along with a signed copy of your invoice and a copy of your government issued ID.

- Why do you want my email address?
In case there is a problem with your order, such as an item you ordered is out of stock and no longer available,
your order is returned to us as undeliverable. Or if we experience problems with your credit card, we need to be able
to contact you to to resolve the problem.

What mailing lists will I be put on after ordering?
None unless you decide to opt-in to our twice-weekly emailings. Remember neither your email address nor your shipping address will be lent, sold, traded or used by us to send you unsolicited promotional material.

- What will my credit card statement say?
All trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely
to promote
their products.

- When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is charged when your order is shipped. At the time your order is placed we obtain an
authorization only from your provider. In some circumstances, specifically Visa Check Cards, your bank, not us, places
a hold on all authorized funds. Regardless of your bank's procedure, we do not actually "post" the charge, which bills
your account, until we ship your order.

- How do I check the status of my order?
Select "My Account" from the menu bar near the top of your screen. Sign in using your
email address and password. You can then see every order you've ever placed with us
using that email address. If you click on an order number, the status of each item in that
order will be displayed.

- Do you sell videos with actors younger than 18?
No, and we never will. All actors in videos we carry are at least 18 years of age.

- I'm under 18 and want to order a video? Why can't I?
There are various Federal and State regulations about the minimum age to order sexually
explicit material. We're sorry, but you must be 18 years of age or older to order
from us.

- How quickly will my order be shipped?
Most orders are in stock and are shipped within 24-48 hours. Sometimes, however, an item is
out of stock and can take up to four weeks to be shipped.

- How will my order be shipped & how much will it
cost?
Within the United States:
ORDERS Over $150 are shipped FREE!
Orders are shipped in discreet U.S. Priority Mail boxes via U.S. Postal Service
Priority Mail (approximately 4-7 day delivery) with a return address of Freya Communications,
Inc. There is nothing on the exterior of the box which identifies your shipment with
www.Mighty Men.com.
Price - The U.S. Domestic Handling & Shipping charge via U.S. Priority (4-7 day service).
All shipping and handling costs will be clearly displayed before we ask you to pay for your order.
Internationally:
All international orders are shipped via Priority Air Lift. Labels and box covers will be shipped intact with the products, unless removal is specifically requested. If you wish to have labels and box covers removed from the products you are ordering, please type Remove Labels into the Special Requests field during checkout.
Price. International shipping charges are $9.00 for the first item and $4.00 for each additional item. Canadian shipping charges are $6.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item.

RETURN POLICY |
- Can I return or exchange an adult toy?
Sorry but due to hygiene laws, these products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

- Can I return a DVD?
DVDs cannot be returned unless they are defective.
|
- What if I received a defective movie?
Contact us and we will exchange it for the same title. Defective movies will only be replaced for the same title. All returns must include all original packaging, cases, booklets and discs. Due to studio restrictions, there will be no exception to this policy.

- How long do I have to exchange an item?
We MUST be notified of any defective DVDs within 30 days of ship date for domestic orders and within 60 days for International orders.

- What about international orders?
International customers are responsible for Duty Taxes and Shipping Charges if order is refused by customs or any other agency.

- I tried placing an order, and was told that "Due to local ordinances in
your area, we are unable to ship to your location." I've ordered from other stores,
why can't I order from you?
You may have ordered before new laws were passed in your area, or you may
have ordered from someone willing to take chances...and got lucky. We will not ship to
areas which have prosecuted merchants in the past for selling sexually explicit material.
Perhaps exerting some pressure on your local politicians by advising them to stop censoring what you
can and cannot watch or read in your own home may help to relax laws in your area.
